Anti-YEATS4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein YEATS domain containing 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 227 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in the brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, placenta and skeletal muscle. YEATS4 is known to be involved with chromatin remodeling and the cell cycle. Synonyms for this target antigen include B230215M10Rik, GAS41, NUBI-1, YAF9, YEATS domain-containing protein 4, and 4930573H17Rik. YEATS4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of YEATS4 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
