Anti-KLRG2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein killer cell lectin like receptor G2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 409 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include C-type lectin domain family 15 member B, killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily G, member 2, and killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily G member 2. KLRG2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the KLRG2 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
