Anti-NHSL2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NHS like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1225 amino acid residues and a mass of 133.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the NHS protein family, NHSL2 is known to be involved with cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include NHS-like protein 2 and TPT1-like protein. NHSL2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for NHSL2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
