Anti-DCAKD antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dephospho-CoA kinase domain containing. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 231 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the CoaE protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include dephospho-CoA kinase domain-containing protein. DCAKD gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DCAKD antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
