Anti-NT5DC3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein 5'-nucleotidase domain containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 548 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.4 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in the brain, placenta, skeletal muscle, pancreas, testis, uterus, and small intestine. It is a member of the 5'(3')-deoxyribonucleotidase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include TU12B1TY, 5'-nucleotidase domain-containing protein 3, and TU12B1-TY. NT5DC3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the NT5DC3 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
