Anti-ARSF antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein arylsulfatase F. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 590 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.9 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is a member of the Sulfatase protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include ASF. Western Blot is the most common application for the ARSF antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
