Anti-ERI3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ERI1 exoribonuclease family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 337 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.2 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include enhanced RNAi three prime mRNA exonuclease homolog 3, prion interactor 1, prion protein-interacting protein, and ERI1 exoribonuclease 3. ERI3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ERI3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
