Anti-ARSJ antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein arylsulfatase family member J. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 599 amino acid residues and a mass of 67.2 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is a member of the Sulfatase protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include arylsulfatase J. ARSJ gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ARSJ antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
