Anti-AADACL4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein arylacetamide deacetylase like 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 407 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the GDXG' lipolytic enzyme protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. AADACL4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for AADACL4 antibodies.
