Anti-CCDC107 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 107. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 283 amino acid residues and a mass of 30.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 107. CCDC107 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These CCDC107 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
