Anti-ZBTB25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger and BTB domain containing 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 435 amino acid residues and a mass of 49 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably expressed in hematopoietic cells and testis. ZBTB25 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include KUP, ZNF46, zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 25, zinc finger protein 46, zinc finger protein KUP, and C14orf51. ZBTB25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZBTB25 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
