Anti-ARP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ARP1 is a known alias name of the protein paired like homeodomain 2, encoded by the PITX2 gene in humans. This 317-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and eye development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications.
