Anti-TTC30B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TTC30B is a known alias name of the protein intraflagellar transport 70B, encoded by the IFT70B gene in humans. This 665-amino acid residue protein is known to be required for polyglutamylation of axonemal tubulin. It is localized to the cell projections of the cell. Some TTC30B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
