Anti-CABP7 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein calcium binding protein 7. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 215 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm. Synonyms for this target antigen include calneuron 2 and calneuron II. CABP7 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CABP7 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
