Anti-PFM1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PFM1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PRDM4 gene, which encodes PR/SET domain 4. This protein is known to function in transcription by RNA polymerase II, among other biological roles. The human version of PFM1 has a canonical amino acid length of 801 residues and a protein mass of 87.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. PFM1 is a member of the Class V-like SAM-binding methyltransferase protein superfamily. Indicated applications for PFM1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
