Anti-WDR25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein WD repeat domain 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 544 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is found to be expressed in the heart, muscle, testis, ovary, uterus and prostate. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 25 and epididymis secretory sperm binding protein. WDR25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the WDR25 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
