Anti-PUSL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pseudouridine synthase like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 303 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the TRNA pseudouridine synthase TruA protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include pseudouridylate synthase like 1, tRNA pseudouridylate synthase-like 1, tRNA-uridine isomerase-like 1, and tRNA pseudouridine synthase-like 1. PUSL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PUSL1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
