Anti-ETS2 repressor factor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ERF in humans. The gene may also be known as CHYTS, CRS4, PE-2, PE2, and ETS domain-containing transcription factor ERF. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 58.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
