Anti-PACE1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PACE1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SCYL3 gene, which encodes SCY1 like pseudokinase 3. This protein is known to function in cell migration and inflammatory response pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of PACE1 has a canonical amino acid length of 742 residues and a protein mass of 82.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. PACE1 is a member of the Protein kinase protein superfamily.
