Anti-nhp2l1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target nhp2l1 is a known alias name of the protein small nuclear ribonucleoprotein 13, encoded by the SNU13 gene in humans. This 128-amino acid residue protein is known to be a part of the small subunit (SSU) processome, first precursor of the small eukaryotic ribosomal subunit. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for nhp2l1 include 15.5K, FA-1, and FA1. Indicated applications for nhp2l1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
