Anti-NKAPD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NKAP domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 292 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.1 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein NKAPD1, NKAP domain containing protein 1, uncharacterized protein C11orf57, and C11orf57. NKAPD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the NKAPD1 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
