Anti-CHOP10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CHOP10 is a known alias name of the protein DNA damage inducible transcript 3, encoded by the DDIT3 gene in humans. This 169-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cell cycle and DNA damage pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for CHOP10 include AltDDIT3, C/EBPzeta, and CEBPZ. Some CHOP10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
