Anti-GDAP1L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ganglioside induced differentiation associated protein 1 like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 367 amino acid residues and a mass of 42 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. It is a member of the GST protein superfamily. GDAP1L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some GDAP1L1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
