Anti-DHRS12 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dehydrogenase/reductase 12. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 317 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.1 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) protein family, DHRS12 is believed to be a type of oxidoreductase. Synonyms for this target antigen include dehydrogenase/reductase (SDR family) member 12, short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase family 40C member 1, and dehydrogenase/reductase SDR family member 12. DHRS12 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DHRS12 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
