Anti-KRCC1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein lysine rich coiled-coil 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 259 amino acid residues and a mass of 31 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, tonsil, and appendix. Synonyms for this target antigen include lysine-rich coiled-coil protein 1, cryptogenic hepatitis-binding protein 2, and CHBP2. KRCC1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some KRCC1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for these antibodies.
