Anti-CTAGE4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CTAGE family member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 777 amino acid residues and a mass of 88 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is reported to be expressed in the testis, placenta and skin. A member of the CTAGE protein family, CTAGE4 is known to be involved with Golgi transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include cutaneous-T-cell-lymphoma-specific tumor antigen 4, protein cTAGE-4, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen 4. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are common applications for CTAGE4 antibodies.
