Anti-ZBED5 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger BED-type containing 5. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 693 amino acid residues and a mass of 78.9 kDa. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger BED domain-containing protein 5 and transposon-derived Buster1 transposase-like protein. ZBED5 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for ZBED5 antibodies.
