Anti-SLC35D3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 35 member D3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 416 amino acid residues and a mass of 44.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the TPT transporter protein family, SLC35D3 is believed to play a role in hemostasis as a regulator of the biosynthesis of platelet-dense granules. Synonyms for this target antigen include frc, fringe-like 1 and fringe connection-like protein 1. SLC35D3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the SLC35D3 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
