Anti-M-ras antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target M-ras is a known alias name of the protein muscle RAS oncogene homolog, encoded by the MRAS gene in humans. This 208-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for M-ras antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
