Anti-ZBED3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger BED-type containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 234 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and is secreted. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and fallopian tube. ZBED3 is known to act as a positive regulator in the activation of the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway by stabilizing cytoplasmic beta-catenin (By similarity). Synonyms for this target antigen include 2610005H11Rik, axin-interacting protein, zinc finger, BED domain containing 3, and zinc finger BED domain-containing protein 3. ZBED3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some ZBED3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
