Anti-TBC1D22B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TBC1 domain family member 22B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 505 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.1 kDa. TBC1D22B is believed to act as a GTPase-activating protein for Rab family protein(s). TBC1D22B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These TBC1D22B antibodies are widely used in Immunohistochemistry experiments, among other applications.
