Anti-ID2H antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ID2H is a known alias name of the protein inhibitor of DNA binding 2, encoded by the ID2 gene in humans. This 134-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the differentiation of certain cell types, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in early fetal tissues, including those of the central nervous system. Other synonyms for ID2H include GIG8, GIG8, and ID2A. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ID2H antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
