Anti-SRY box 4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SRY box 4 is a known alias name of the protein SRY-box transcription factor 4, encoded by the SOX4 gene in humans. This 474-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a transcriptional activator that binds with high affinity to the T-cell enhancer motif 5'-AACAAAG-3' motif. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features acetylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for SRY box 4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
