Anti-OR4D5 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily D member 5. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 318 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4D5 and olfactory receptor OR11-276. OR4D5 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4D5 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
