Anti-PLEKHM3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pleckstrin homology domain containing M3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 761 amino acid residues and a mass of 87.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. PLEKHM3 is known to be involved in skeletal muscle differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include PH domain-containing family M member 3, differentiation associated protein, and pleckstrin homology domain-containing family M member 3. PLEKHM3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the PLEKHM3 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
