Anti-ZDHHC11B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger DHHC-type containing 11B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 371 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the DHHC palmitoyltransferase protein family, ZDHHC11B is a suspected palmitoyltransferase that could catalyze the addition of palmitate onto various protein substrates and be involved in a variety of cellular processes (By similarity). Synonyms for this target antigen include probable palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC11B and zinc finger DHHC domain-containing protein 11B. These ZDHHC11B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
