Anti-PUS7L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pseudouridine synthase 7 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 701 amino acid residues and a mass of 80.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Pseudouridine synthase TruD protein family, PUS7L is reported to be a pseudouridine synthase that catalyzes pseudouridylation of mRNAs. Synonyms for this target antigen include pseudouridylate synthase 7 homolog-like protein, pseudouridylate synthase 7 like, and pseudouridylate synthase PUS7L. PUS7L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These PUS7L antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
