Anti-NPRL3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NPR3 like, GATOR1 complex subunit. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 569 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the lysosomes. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. A member of the NPR3 protein family, NPRL3 is known to be involved with autophagy pathways. The NPRL3 gene has been associated with the disease, Epilepsy. Synonyms for this target antigen include CGTHBA, FFEVF3, HS-40, MARE, NPR3, RMD11, GATOR complex protein NPRL3, and C16orf35. NPRL3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of NPRL3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
