Anti-CCM2L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CCM2 like scaffold protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 571 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.2 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the CCM2 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include CCM2 like scaffolding protein, CCM2-like, cerebral cavernous malformation 2-like, and cerebral cavernous malformations 2 protein-like. CCM2L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the CCM2L antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
