Anti-OR4N5 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily N member 5. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 308 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4N5 and olfactory receptor OR14-33. OR4N5 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR4N5 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
