Anti-OR5D13 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 5 subfamily D member 13. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 314 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR5D13 is known to be involved with GPCR signaling pathways and the sensory perception of smell. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR11-142, olfactory receptor OR11-148, and olfactory receptor 5D13. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR5D13 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
