Anti-nudix hydrolase 17 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the NUDT17 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 328 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. A member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family, it is suspected to be mediates the hydrolysis of some nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. Other names for this target antigen include nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 17, nudix motif 17, and nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 17. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the nudix hydrolase 17 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
