Anti-nudix hydrolase 22 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the NUDT22 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 303 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.6 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 3 different isoforms for this protein. The nudix hydrolase 22 protein is a member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family. Other names for this target antigen include UDPG pyrophosphatase, UGPPase, nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 22, nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 22, and uridine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphatase NUDT22.
