Anti-KLHL29 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch like family member 29. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 875 amino acid residues and a mass of 94.2 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include kelch repeat and BTB (POZ) domain containing 9, kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 9, kelch-like 29, and kelch-like protein 29. KLHL29 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the KLHL29 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Western Blot are also common applications.
