Anti-nudix hydrolase 19 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the NUDT19 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 375 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the peroxisomes. A member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family, it is known to be involved with metabolic processes. Other names for this target antigen include CTC-379B2.4, nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 19, mitochondrial, nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 19, nudix motif 19, and acyl-coenzyme A diphosphatase NUDT19.
