In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 289 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include TRP32, TXL-1, TXNL, Txl, thioredoxin-like protein 1, and HEL-S-114.
