Anti-P-dlg antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The P-dlg antigen is another term for the human protein discs large MAGUK scaffold protein 5, encoded by the DLG5 gene. The protein is known to act as a regulator of the Hippo signaling pathway. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1919 residues and a mass of 213.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and it is reported to be highly expressed in normal breast tissues and low-grade breast cancer tissues. The P-dlg protein is a member of the MAGUK protein family. Other alias names for P-dlg include LP-DLG and P-DLG5.
