Anti-Cyclin M1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Cyclin M1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CNNM1 gene, which encodes cyclin and CBS domain divalent metal cation transport mediator 1. This protein is known to function in the transport of ions, among other biological roles. The human version of Cyclin M1 has a canonical amino acid length of 951 residues and a protein mass of 104.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as in soft tissue and testis. Other names for this target antigen include ACDP1, CLP-1, and metal transporter CNNM1. Indicated applications for Cyclin M1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry.
