The toll like receptor 1 protein has a reported amino acid length of 786 and the exptected mass is 90.3 kDa. The protein may also be known as CD281, TIL, TIL.LPRS5, rsc786, and toll/interleukin-1 receptor-like protein. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including plant, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
