Anti-ENRAGE antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ENRAGE is a known alias name of the protein S100 calcium binding protein A12, encoded by the S100A12 gene in humans. This 92-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in inflammatory response pathways and innate immune responses, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane, cytoplasm, and is secreted of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, and bone marrow. Other synonyms for ENRAGE include CAAF1, CAGC, and CGRP. Some ENRAGE antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
